Infrastructure Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage Cloud infrastructure and telecommunications providers, ensuring strict compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Supervise the operation and evolution of corporate technological infrastructure.
• Manage budgets related to Cloud billing and telecommunications services.
• Review and approve monthly service and performance reports.
• Validate and manage purchase orders for Cloud and telecommunications services.
• Lead modernization projects and continuous improvement initiatives for technological infrastructure.
• Drive the adoption of FinOps practices to optimize cloud spending and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Technology, Security, SRE, and Data & Analytics teams to increase service availability and quality.

Requirements

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cloud infrastructure and telecommunications management.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud services, with a preference for AWS.
• Proven experience managing technology providers and SLAs.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and information security.
• Experience leading or participating in large-scale technological projects.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of FinOps methodologies and Cloud cost optimization.
• Professional certifications such as AWS, ITIL, FinOps, or PMP.
