Infrastructure Risk Prevention Technician

Responsibilities

• Monitor FAB infrastructure and facility systems to ensure continuous manufacturing operations
• Respond immediately to alarms, system faults, and equipment failures to minimize downtime
• Independently troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on critical facility systems
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and safety teams during technical incidents
• Perform initial containment and escalation for high-risk or complex failures
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, including LOTO and PPE procedures
• Document all incidents, repairs, and shift activities in maintenance tracking systems

Requirements

• Experience supporting semiconductor FAB infrastructure or similar cleanroom environments
• Plumbing license and/or Journeyman pipefitter certification
• Proven experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-team coordination and incident escalation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in high-pressure situations
