Infrastructure Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams through the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through production deployment and post-implementation review.
• Build and maintain technical roadmaps that connect infrastructure execution to business priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities including migrations, deployments, and production changes across the infrastructure stack.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination for infrastructure engineering teams and interface with all departments during enterprise-level programs.
• Identify technical risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and assess the impact of changes across interconnected systems.
• Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders at all levels and escalate issues when project health requires intervention.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of project management experience in technology or infrastructure environments.
• Technical fluency in infrastructure domains such as network engineering, data center operations, systems administration, or enterprise platforms.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical projects.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, specifically Atlassian and Microsoft Suites.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical status for diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience working within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Direct experience with data center migration or large-scale infrastructure buildout projects.
