Infrastructure Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the skills of a team of technicians and administrators
• Lead managerial rituals including individual check-ins and team meetings
• Manage complex incidents and communicate with stakeholders
• Implement and optimize incident management processes using ITIL
• Structure a crisis cell for major P1 incidents
• Define and monitor KPIs such as tickets, SLA, and support performance
• Supervise managed services and hosting providers
• Lead steering committees (COPIL) and manage vendor contracts and negotiations
• Drive infrastructure transformation and migration projects
• Support the integration of new entities and oversee site-related IT projects

Requirements

• Master's degree or Engineering degree in Computer Science or IT
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in ITIL and ITSM environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft environments (AD, PKI)
• Experience with virtualization (Nutanix) and Disaster Recovery Planning (PRA)
• Knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, SASE) and security
• Technical English proficiency
• Ability to travel occasionally for project needs
