Infrastructure Operation & Support

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the stability, availability, and technical support of 3DX platforms in production
• Manage platform maintenance and evolution, including component replacement and regular infrastructure updates
• Monitor system performance, scalability, and health
• Ensure infrastructure compliance with security standards (Airbus, CVE) and integration standards
• Coordinate with infrastructure and DevOps teams
• Provide documentation, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• Mastery of the 3DX platform (ENOVIA, Catia, DELMIA, SIMULIA)
• Experience in 3DX Business Matrix Data Model management
• Knowledge of Back End data management (MQL)
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Splunk, BSM, InfoCenter, or Zabbix
• Familiarity with ServiceNow/MyITSM
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe, ITIL, Waterfall)
• Technical English proficiency
• Significant experience in infrastructure support and operations, ideally in aerospace or defense

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3DX programming languages (CAA, EKL, JPO)
