Infrastructure Market Developer

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve a robust competitive intelligence ecosystem to track pricing trends, competitor positioning, and value differentiation.
• Develop analytical and educational tools to empower the commercial team with actionable market insights.
• Lead the global Revenue Management Process, designing improvements grounded in value-in-use fundamentals.
• Collaborate with product managers, marketing, and sales planners to maximize pricing excellence and a value-first culture.
• Evaluate the feasibility and ROI of new product or application ideas to build business cases for new technology projects.
• Develop and maintain growth roadmaps aligned with business goals, market opportunities, and technology milestones.
• Establish and monitor key product and business performance metrics to refine strategy and improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in advanced materials, specifically within business development, marketing, or commercialization.
• Proven experience in composites or thermoplastic materials.
• Strong program leadership with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to deployment.
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to assess complex data sets and build scalable processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for global collaboration.
• Ability to translate technical material science features into compelling commercial value propositions.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
