About the Company

OLIX is developing the Decode Accelerator 1 (DX-1), a new paradigm in hardware architecture designed specifically for decode to meet the massive infrastructure demands of AI.

Responsibilities

• Direct the team in building provisioning automation, CI/CD pipelines, internal tooling, network design, and observability systems
• Manage strategic execution of the engineering platform and technical operations
• Oversee IT functions including identity management, device fleets, and SaaS administration
• Champion a "secure by default" mindset across all infrastructure and endpoints
• Partner with engineering leaders to ensure the platform remains coherent and efficient

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing infrastructure or DevOps teams
• Strong background in cloud computing, storage, and networking
• Experience overseeing the design and operation of robust build systems and CI/CD pipelines
• Deep understanding of infrastructure security and identity and access management (IAM)
• Experience managing foundational IT functions like MDM and SaaS administration
• Ability to thrive in early-stage or rapidly scaling environments
