Infrastructure Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of IT infrastructure across compute, network, and storage environments
• Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate documentation, CMDB records, configurations, and operational procedures
• Enforce security policies, standards, and best practices to protect organizational systems and data
• Support and execute disaster recovery, capacity planning, and business continuity plans
• Act with integrity and professionalism to uphold a respectful work environment

Requirements

• Minimum five years of recent experience in IT infrastructure
• Minimum four years of recent experience operating cloud-first platforms in enterprise environments
• Proven experience with AWS and Azure IaaS and PaaS services
• Experience with containerized platforms such as Kubernetes
• Strong expertise in automation, scripting, and infrastructure-as-code
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD and infrastructure automation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship
