Infrastructure Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT infrastructure and operations strategies, policies, and standards aligned with business needs.
• Manage complete infrastructure, network, and DevOps operations, including data centers and cloud service providers.
• Design and implement data recovery strategies and business continuity plans to ensure data availability and security.
• Oversee data center management, ensuring all data is properly archived, backed up, and protected according to SLAs.
• Manage internal and external technical experts and negotiate contracts with external vendors to ensure service level objectives are met.
• Monitor system performance, set KPIs, and implement processes for continuous improvement of applications and infrastructure.
• Plan and coordinate preventative and adaptive maintenance to ensure stability, reliability, and scalability of IT environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• ITIL Certification.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, MCSE, or RHEL.
• Strong knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS-based setups to effectively manage vendors and service providers.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven experience in negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making within an IT operations context.
