Tools for Humanity (TFH) designs and builds technology behind World. World is building a real human network designed to accelerate people in the age of AI. The TFH and World tech stacks make this possible through the Orb, World ID, and World App, adding a human layer to an AI-driven internet.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and provide direction for World Chain scaling
• Own the reliability, performance, and operational health of core infrastructure, including node fleets, RPC services, and sequencing systems
• Build observability, incident response, and recovery capabilities for production blockchain networks
• Lead capacity planning, performance tuning, and operational automation
• Partner with protocol, product, and security teams for launches and upgrades
• Write maintainable infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, AWS, and Kubernetes
• Participate in R&D to scale World Chain vertically and horizontally

Requirements

• 2+ years designing and operating high-availability L2 infrastructure or distributed systems in production
• 6+ years of infrastructure experience
• Deep expertise in reliability engineering, observability, and incident response
• Ability to reason about complex system interactions and failure modes in blockchain
• Proven track record of leading teams through ambiguity and raising operational standards
