Infrastructure Finance Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice on infrastructure finance and project finance transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate financing and project documentation including LMA-based facility agreements and security documents
• Advise lenders, sponsors, developers, and government counterparties on financing structures and transaction risk
• Partner with legal, finance, and investment teams to support domestic and cross-border infrastructure transactions

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer eligible to practise in the UK or equivalent overseas qualification
• Experience in infrastructure finance, project finance, energy finance, or banking and finance
• Strong drafting and negotiation experience with LMA-based facility agreements and security packages
• Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
