Infrastructure Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Manage day-to-day execution, delivery, prioritization, and operational excellence
• Own team roadmap planning and align infrastructure investments with business priorities
• Partner with product, engineering, security, and operations teams to improve platform reliability
• Drive adoption of infrastructure as code, GitOps, and automation-first engineering practices
• Improve system availability, resilience, observability, and incident response processes
• Hire and retain strong engineering talent while building a culture of accountability

Requirements

• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical teams
• Strong technical background in infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE
• Experience operating production workloads in AWS and Datacenters
• Practical experience with GitOps workflows and tools
• Hands-on experience with automation and infrastructure as code
• Experience managing engineering roadmaps and balancing strategic vs operational work
• Experience supporting or leading on-call rotations and incident management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading SRE or DevOps teams supporting distributed systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling
• Experience with reliability engineering and capacity planning
• Exposure to security, compliance, and governance in cloud environments
