Infrastructure Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering and continuous improvement of internal IT infrastructure, including datacenter systems and corporate back-office environments
• Engineer and maintain Nutanix HCI clusters, Cisco/Juniper networking, and Palo Alto security infrastructure
• Manage AWS and Azure cloud footprints and hybrid connectivity
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management via Intune
• Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code using Ansible and Terraform
• Integrate AI-assisted operations and automated remediation into operational workflows
• Manage infrastructure engineering budget and vendor relationships with partners like Cisco and Nutanix
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, focusing on automation and orchestration skills

Requirements

• Experience with Nutanix HCI (AHV/AOS)
• Proficiency in Cisco and Juniper networking environments
• Experience managing Palo Alto firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Ansible and Terraform
• Experience in team management and technical leadership
