Infrastructure Engineering Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for virtual, hybrid, and in-person multimedia events, including videoconferencing, streaming, and recording services.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for meeting organizers, coordinating end-to-end event preparation and live execution.
• Support simultaneous interpretation services by operating platforms, onboarding interpreters, and validating language channels.
• Set up, test, and operate audiovisual systems, including sound reinforcement, displays, projection systems, and room control platforms.
• Manage live streaming and recording, including the integration of presentation slides, lower-thirds, and titles to designated platforms.
• Troubleshoot executive-level meetings and special events, diagnosing system anomalies and resolving technical incidents promptly.
• Monitor conference room systems both remotely and on-site to ensure service continuity and high-quality user experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Expertise in enterprise videoconferencing and digital collaboration platforms such as Cisco Webex, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
• Strong working knowledge of livestreaming solutions and production platforms (e.g., IBM Streaming, Kaltura).
• Experience with audiovisual and videoconferencing systems, including digital audio consoles and video systems.
• Proven ability to remain professional and solution-oriented under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting remote simultaneous interpretation platforms and live captioning solutions.
• Advanced digital production capabilities, including managing broadcast-style visual elements.
• Familiarity with computer networks and device connectivity in enterprise environments.
