Infrastructure Engineering Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and modernization of AV/VC infrastructure across conference centers, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
• Manage end-to-end logistics including equipment ordering, receiving, storage, staging, and distribution for Headquarters and Country Offices.
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset tracking records for AV/VC and Digital Signage equipment using ServiceNow.
• Coordinate shipments and track equipment orders to ensure timely deployment readiness.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations and monitor deliveries in compliance with procurement policies.
• Perform periodic inventory audits, reconciliation activities, and equipment lifecycle management.
• Inspect incoming deliveries to validate accuracy against purchase orders and technical requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree with 2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement policies, logistics coordination, and inventory management.
• Practical knowledge of AV/VC infrastructure and Digital Signage technologies.
• Experience with project execution methodologies and asset lifecycle management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills for vendor coordination.
