About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and modernization of AV/VC infrastructure across conference centers, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
- Manage end-to-end logistics including equipment ordering, receiving, storage, staging, and distribution for Headquarters and Country Offices.
- Maintain accurate inventory and asset tracking records for AV/VC and Digital Signage equipment using ServiceNow.
- Coordinate shipments and track equipment orders to ensure timely deployment readiness.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations and monitor deliveries in compliance with procurement policies.
- Perform periodic inventory audits, reconciliation activities, and equipment lifecycle management.
- Inspect incoming deliveries to validate accuracy against purchase orders and technical requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree with 2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of procurement policies, logistics coordination, and inventory management.
- Practical knowledge of AV/VC infrastructure and Digital Signage technologies.
- Experience with project execution methodologies and asset lifecycle management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills for vendor coordination.
