Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end AV/VC system integration and deployment, including rack builds, equipment mounting, and structured cabling
• Conduct site assessments to validate power, rack space, and cabling readiness
• Configure and integrate multi-vendor systems including control systems, DSP/audio, and video distribution
• Manage UC platform integration for Teams, Webex, and Zoom
• Perform system testing, commissioning, and functional validation to ensure interoperability
• Develop as-built documentation, configuration records, and cable schedules
• Support global deployments across HQ and country offices, performing root cause analysis for integration issues
• Create repeatable integration procedures and playbooks to improve efficiency

Requirements

• Master's degree with 5 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience (or equivalent combination)
• 5+ years of hands-on AV/VC integration and deployment experience
• Strong technical knowledge of AV platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, and DSPs
• Proficiency with UC platforms including Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Zoom
• Deep understanding of AV/network integration and system lifecycle execution
• Experience working effectively in multi-vendor environments

Preferred Qualifications

• CTS-I certification
• Agile or Safe certification
