Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support on-premise server and virtual infrastructure
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, health, and capacity
• Perform routine maintenance, patch management, and system upgrades
• Monitor enterprise backup solutions and validate backup integrity
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing
• Support network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewalls
• Administer user access, identity management, and security permissions
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and Endpoint Management platforms
• Manage relationships and service levels with outsourced technology providers

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Systems, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure support or systems administration
• Experience with Microsoft-based infrastructure environments
• Knowledge of virtualization, enterprise networking, and firewalls
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and endpoint management
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure administration

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications such as Microsoft, Azure, Fortinet, or CompTIA
• Experience working alongside outsourced technology service providers
