Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure initiatives, including data collection pipelines, processing, and visualization dashboards.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reliability.
• Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Configure and maintain observability tooling such as log aggregation, metric collection, and distributed tracing.
• Develop automation for monitoring, alerting, and repetitive tasks to reduce manual effort.
• Build and maintain user-friendly dashboards providing real-time insights into system health and KPIs.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to apply cloud and infrastructure best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of systems administration or engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux systems.
• Hands-on experience with Layer 2/3 networking (VLANs, routing, ACLs).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience contributing to security reviews and documentation.
• Experience with SSO and/or MFA implementations.
• Advanced public cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience managing networking infrastructure across multi-vendor environments.
