Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable infrastructure to support intensive AI/ML workloads and real-time model deployments
• Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to ensure system health and uptime
• Debug, optimize, and automate infrastructure for fast iteration and rapid deployment cycles
• Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve incidents to minimize downtime
• Collaborate closely with engineers, ML specialists, and founders to shape product, infrastructure, and security strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building or supporting production-grade infrastructure for high-throughput systems
• Proficiency in Python or similar languages
• Expertise in cloud platforms, container orchestration (Kubernetes), networking, and storage technologies
• Ability to build custom tools for diagnosis, experimentation, and automated remediation
• High bar for quality and a quantitative approach to system operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience founding a company or building infrastructure in early-stage, high-growth environments
• Interest in automating incident management processes with LLMs/AI
• Experience with high-performance computing systems for AI/ML or fintech clients
• Contributions to open-source reliability communities
