Responsibilities

• Keep highly available systems highly available to support critical mortgage transactions
• Design, monitor, and improve infrastructure to ensure platform stability
• Build tooling and infrastructure to increase developer productivity and speed up deployment cycles
• Maintain code quality, teach best practices, and mentor junior engineers
• Respond to incidents and build preventative systems to minimize future downtime

Requirements

• Experience managing systems under high pressure and scale
• Deep curiosity and a desire to own features from design through maintenance
• Ability to solve complex technical problems independently
• Willingness to work in a high-agency, fast-paced environment
