Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the production layer for AI capabilities by building reliable, scalable services for internal trading teams
• Harden and scale systems that deliver AI to internal users
• Design and operate dedicated pathways to protect critical-path workflows from contention with non-trading workloads
• Partner with research and platform groups to bring new AI capabilities into production
• Improve the reliability and breadth of the AI platform
• Play a central role in the composition of context, tools, and agentic flows at scale

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems at meaningful scale
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Strong development skills in Python
• Working knowledge of at least one systems language
• Deep Linux fluency and understanding of distributed system failure modes
• Hands-on experience with agentic systems, context engineering, and harness design
• Strong product instinct and a customer-centric view when building internal tooling
