Infrastructure Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage large-scale infrastructure including servers, networks, and databases hosting API Gateway Platforms
• Apply technical problem-solving to improve data and systems running at scale while ensuring end-to-end application monitoring
• Convert operational problems into software solutions to drive efficiency
• Manage daily infrastructure activities and capacity processes, partnering with teams to identify and remediate capacity risks
• Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate monitoring, capacity analysis, and documentation
• Make significant technical decisions for projects involving multiple technologies and applications

Requirements

• 3+ years of applied infrastructure engineering experience
• Hands-on experience in Operations and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure disciplines including hardware, networking, databases, storage, and deployment practices
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages
• Experience with both public and private cloud technologies
• Deep understanding of Observability, SLA, and SLO concepts
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted workflows with strong validation and security awareness

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
• Additional exposure to diverse cloud technologies
