Infrastructure Engineer

About the Company

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve CI/CD pipelines to improve speed, safety, and developer experience
• Scale and maintain core infrastructure including Kubernetes clusters, PostgreSQL databases, and data replication workflows
• Build and own monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to ensure platform reliability
• Integrate AI-powered development tools to streamline engineering workflows
• Analyze and control cloud infrastructure spend while maintaining performance
• Improve internal tooling and developer environments to unblock execution
• Partner with engineering and product teams to anticipate scaling challenges

Requirements

• Experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles at fast-moving tech companies
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
• Proficiency with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Deep familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with observability systems like Grafana or Datadog
• Proven ability to design and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
