Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Solve concurrency and coordination problems for running many background agents in parallel
• Own end-to-end cloud infrastructure including architecture, provisioning, CI/CD, and deployments
• Optimize for latency and cost reduction as the platform scales
• Manage observability and incident response to ensure high reliability
• Implement security across the stack and deployment pipelines
• Build tooling to enable product engineers to deploy confidently and debug quickly

Requirements

• Experience scaling products through significant user growth
• Proficiency with cloud providers (AWS or GCP)
• Experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Pulumi)
• Strong systems thinking with a focus on performance and reliability
• Ability to improve existing infrastructure without extensive documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience navigating a startup growth phase
• Deep security knowledge (SOC 2, threat modeling, or pen testing)
• Experience building self-service tooling for engineering teams
