Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot hardware faults within GPU platforms using system logs, kernel logs, and BMC redfish APIs
• Coordinate with Data Centre Operations, Hardware Engineering, and Capacity Planning teams to repair failed hardware
• Automate routine processes and develop hardware diagnostics, provisioning, and repair tooling
• Build processes, documentation, and tooling for fleet management
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation on cutting-edge AI hardware and servers
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide follow-the-sun coverage

Requirements

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of Linux internals and terminal proficiency
• Exposure to server-class hardware and provisioning
• Fundamental knowledge of hardware and networking
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent self-education

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale GPU operations
• Programming proficiency in Python, Go, or similar languages
