Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot hardware faults in GPU platforms using system logs, kernel logs, and BMC Redfish APIs
• Collaborate with Data Centre Operations, Hardware Engineering, and Capacity Planning teams to repair and remediate failed hardware
• Automate routine processes and build diagnostics, provisioning, and repair tooling
• Develop processes, documentation, and tooling to standardize problem resolution
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation on cutting-edge AI hardware and servers
• Participate in an on-call rotation with US teams for follow-the-sun coverage

Requirements

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of Linux internals and comfort working in a terminal
• Exposure to server-class hardware and provisioning
• Fundamental knowledge of hardware and networking concepts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent self-education

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale GPU operations
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar programming languages
