Infrastructure Engineer Apprentice - Defense & Security

Responsibilities

• Provide user support, including troubleshooting workstations, virtualized environments, and collaborative tools.
• Manage service requests such as workstation mastering, VM creation, and user account/rights management.
• Maintain operational and security conditions by handling supervision alerts, patching, and security incident remediation (CVE/SOC).
• Develop and improve the information system through the deployment of new services and continuous improvement.
• Drive industrialization and automation of infrastructure deployments.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering school or pursuing a Master 2 in Computer Science.
• Solid knowledge of programming and innovative technologies.
• Ability to work in a versatile, creative, and analytical manner.
• Strong desire to work in a team-oriented environment with client contact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with networking and security tools (Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point).
• Experience or knowledge in virtualization (VMware, Proxmox).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Ansible, Terraform, Docker, GitLab).
• Understanding of Linux (Red Hat, Debian) and Windows Server environments.
