Infrastructure Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the regulatory environment and technology developments for infrastructure composite applications in China
• Identify co-development opportunities with research institutes and converters to define specific product needs
• Manage development programs through the entire lifecycle, from technical qualification to negotiation and final sale
• Drive the growth of the Proxxima polyolefin thermoset system business by engaging the Chinese infrastructure industry

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 10 years of business development experience within the composites industry
• Proven track record of managing composites in infrastructure projects within China
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent English language skills
• Experience in pultrusion and vacuum infusion processes is highly relevant
