Infrastructure Analyst

Responsibilities

• Administer users, groups, and policies in Active Directory, including GPOs
• Manage Microsoft 365 email accounts, including creation, group assignment, and filtering rules
• Assign NTFS permissions to shared folders on file servers
• Manage network services such as DHCP, DNS, and basic network configuration
• Analyze logs, traces, and events to identify root causes in coordination with N3 support
• Reproduce errors in controlled environments to validate solutions before production deployment
• Provide support for Site-to-Site VPN connections with local Active Directory
• Train N1 personnel on new tools and access procedures

Requirements

• Degree or technical training in Electronics or Systems Engineering
• 2 years of experience in access and identity support
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365
• ITIL certification or completed coursework
