Infrastructure Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Datacenter infrastructure, including VMware, Microsoft, and Linux environments.
• Perform vulnerability remediation, security patching, and system hardening to ensure infrastructure security.
• Oversee backup execution, validation, and maintenance of virtualization and storage environments.
• Administer AzureAD and Office 365, including mailbox, SharePoint, and Endpoint management.
• Manage Cisco switches, including VLAN creation and port configuration.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for performance, storage, connectivity, and SQL Server access/restoration.
• Monitor server health checks and manage IIS services, FTP access, and print queues.
• Coordinate with infrastructure providers and support the implementation of new application strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT security and infrastructure management.
• Deep knowledge of operating systems, networking, and core infrastructure components.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting performance, storage, and connectivity issues.
• Expertise in maintaining virtualization environments and backup protocols.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and vulnerability remediation.
• Proficiency in AzureAD and O365 administration.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and respond effectively to technical emergencies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Cisco CCNA.
