Infrastructure Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of global infrastructure projects
• Execute technical tasks within defined scopes and timelines, including system testing and rollouts
• Provide hands-on IT support for office and production environments in Mumbai, Savli, and Baroda
• Ensure the availability and performance of servers, networks, end-user devices, and shop-floor systems
• Coordinate incident resolution with Service Desk teams and assist with hardware setups or office moves
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates to global stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience in IT infrastructure support, system administration, or infrastructure project delivery
• Solid understanding of servers, operating systems, and networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with enterprise IT systems and infrastructure environments
• Ability to work from the Mumbai office and collaborate across global time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting infrastructure project rollouts, testing, and go-live activities
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Familiarity with project and delivery tools like Azure DevOps or ticketing systems
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
