Infrastructure Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability and scalability of technology platforms through Linux system administration and technical guidance.
• Develop robust technology solutions in line with architectural standards, focusing on capacity, security, and reliability.
• Monitor platform performance and investigate incidents to facilitate rapid system recovery and minimize business impact.
• Translate logical designs into physical system designs, including configuration standards and operations manuals.
• Manage the lifecycle of systems and software to mitigate risks associated with obsolete technology.
• Perform routine installations, hardware/software updates, and configuration management.
• Conduct benchmark studies to identify and implement emerging technologies to improve the IT environment.
• Maintain application support processes and monitor service desk metrics to ensure agreed service levels are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• ITIL Certification.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, MCSE, or RHEL.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Proven ability to conduct cost-benefit analyses for IT investments.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
