Infraction Review Technician

Responsibilities

• Analyze, verify, and process electronic parking violations
• Validate parking session details including timestamps and vehicle photo flows
• Perform data entry and navigate multiple databases simultaneously
• Identify and report technical software errors and camera obstructions
• Assist with hardware asset management and shipping/receiving
• Carry out special projects as assigned by leadership

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in English and French (written and verbal)
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, and software

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM/ITSM tools
• Experience with Webex Contact Center Platform (WXCC)
• Familiarity with parking enforcement software
