InfoSec Awareness & Engagement Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a holistic, annual InfoSec Awareness Programme for all staff segments, including branch employees, operations, and executives.
• Apply behavioural science principles to design campaigns that drive measurable culture shifts and behavioural change.
• Produce and distribute security communications across multiple channels, translating technical concepts into compelling business language in both Arabic and English.
• Manage the full lifecycle of phishing simulation campaigns, including scenario configuration and follow-up training.
• Source, evaluate, and manage third-party awareness platform vendors and service providers.
• Deliver interactive awareness sessions such as workshops, gamified learning, and tabletop scenarios.
• Track and report programme KPIs, including phishing click rates and training completion, to the CISO and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in InfoSec, internal communications, or digital marketing.
• At least 3 years of dedicated experience in security awareness programme management.
• Proven track record of running security awareness programmes within a financial institution.
• Fluent written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Hands-on experience with awareness platform vendors and phishing simulation tools.
• Working knowledge of PCI DSS and CBE cybersecurity framework requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• SANS Security Awareness Professional (SSAP) or CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Marketing qualifications such as a CIM Certificate or Diploma.
• Experience with platforms like KnowBe4, Proofpoint, or Terranova.
• Background in instructional design or adult learning principles.
• Experience delivering security briefings to board-level executives.
