Information Technology Specialist

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Windows Server environments
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file services
• Support virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper-V
• Manage and support storage technologies (SAN/NAS)
• Perform system monitoring, patching, backups, and restores
• Support AWS-based services and hybrid infrastructure components
• Provide Tier 2/3 IT support for corporate users and Document Processing Centers
• Support endpoint hardware (HP, Dell, Lenovo) and mobile devices
• Maintain Meraki and Fortinet network and security environments
• Follow information security standards including ISO 27001, HITRUST, SOC 2, and PCI
• Manage IT asset inventory and coordinate with external vendors

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure in a multi-site corporate environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration in virtualized infrastructures
• Proficiency with VMware, Hyper-V, and AWS
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and SFTP
• Knowledge of Microsoft Autopilot and Intune
• Familiarity with Meraki and Fortinet products
• Ability to travel locally up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with backup and disaster recovery technologies
• Experience with SAN/NAS storage technologies
• Project coordination and execution experience
