Information Technology Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor, acquire, and maintain property-based IT systems to ensure optimal performance
• Manage computer and network operations, including backups, recovery, and hardware/software administration
• Oversee email systems, IT inventories, and network infrastructure
• Provide technical support for internet, hardware, software, and applications
• Communicate system updates, tips, and alerts to staff
• Inspect, maintain, and repair IT equipment and systems
• Assess IT needs to ensure compliance with standards and budget
• Prioritize and schedule IT projects to ensure timely delivery

Requirements

• 2 years of systems experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in managing local area networks (LANs) and Microsoft Windows environments
• Experience working in a Microsoft 365 environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff

Preferred Qualifications

• System-related professional certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco
• Experience with Crescendo Phone System or Unifi Network Controller
• Experience with Windows Server (Hyper-V) and Apple Business Manager
• Familiarity with Northstar Club Management Software, BlueOS, DirectTV, or Sonos
