Information Technology Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT operations, including infrastructure, network, and system services
• Oversee system availability, performance, and capacity planning across distributed environments
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies, RMF, STIGs, and Navy directives
• Direct implementation of IT service management (ITSM) practices aligned with ITIL frameworks
• Manage and coordinate incident response, problem management, and change management
• Provide leadership and oversight to IT staff, including mentoring and performance management
• Support system engineering and integration efforts for secure and scalable architectures
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and program leadership to align IT services with mission objectives
• Oversee audits, inspections, and accreditation activities, including ATO support

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in IT management, systems engineering, or enterprise IT operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise IT environments and technical teams
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity principles
• Experience with RMF, STIGs, and DoD cybersecurity frameworks
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or ITIL Foundation
• Eligibility to obtain Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs and classified environments
• Experience with cloud platforms, virtualization, and enterprise monitoring tools
• Advanced certifications like ITIL Expert, CISSP-ISSMP, or AWS/Azure certifications
