Information Technology (IT) Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical assistance for hardware, software, printers, servers, and network connectivity.
• Manage and resolve user issues using the Jira ticketing system.
• Maintain and upgrade IT systems, including weekly updates of SentinelOne Anti-virus.
• Support developed trackers and tools through Power Automate, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Coordinate with the US-based IT team on project delivery, upgrades, and routine tasks.
• Manage the preparation and configuration of equipment and user accounts for new employees.
• Advise management on IT-related matters including procurement, budget, and vendor selection.
• Ensure the optimal operation of all office devices and end-user computing environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in end-user support or troubleshooting PC desktop and application software in a network environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including advanced Excel and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of network equipment and experience working with Starlink.
• Experience with incident management tools and systems.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and excellent proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO).
• Experience with data collection tools such as KoboToolbox, ODK Collect, or Dimagi CommCare.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Active Directory.
