About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support services to judges, staff, and court technology systems, including hardware, software, and A/V equipment.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve user concerns at all levels and escalate problems when appropriate.
  • Image, configure, deploy, and test equipment such as workstations, displays, servers, and printers.
  • Perform system maintenance including Windows updates, patch management, driver/BIOS updates, and lifecycle replacements.
  • Manage user accounts, group policies, network security, and server access control.
  • Respond to software, hardware, communication, and data issues in real-time, including courtroom A/V troubleshooting.
  • Develop and present training programs for court staff and document technical procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • At least three years of technical experience in infrastructure support and related duties.
  • Experience managing a Microsoft Windows enterprise environment (desktop/laptop maintenance and network troubleshooting).
  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting A/V equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Windows Server.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Experience managing iOS devices in an enterprise environment.
