About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support services to judges, staff, and court technology systems, including hardware, software, and A/V equipment.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve user concerns at all levels and escalate problems when appropriate.
- Image, configure, deploy, and test equipment such as workstations, displays, servers, and printers.
- Perform system maintenance including Windows updates, patch management, driver/BIOS updates, and lifecycle replacements.
- Manage user accounts, group policies, network security, and server access control.
- Respond to software, hardware, communication, and data issues in real-time, including courtroom A/V troubleshooting.
- Develop and present training programs for court staff and document technical procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least three years of technical experience in infrastructure support and related duties.
- Experience managing a Microsoft Windows enterprise environment (desktop/laptop maintenance and network troubleshooting).
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting A/V equipment.
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Windows Server.
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Experience managing iOS devices in an enterprise environment.
