Information Systems Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare, implement, and submit Information System Security Plans and Protection Profiles using eMASS
• Work closely with DCSA Representatives and government ISSPs to achieve system accreditation and maintain compliance
• Conduct regular audits to ensure systems are operated securely and follow established security plans
• Provide technical and user support for standalone and network systems
• Oversee ISSOs to ensure adherence to established system policies and procedures
• Conduct investigations into computer security violations and incidents
• Act as a System Administrator for Microsoft Windows environments
• Develop and manage computer security education and awareness programs

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Active DOD Secret Security Clearance at the time of hire
• 10+ years of experience in an industrial security program
• 5+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and assignments
• 5+ years of experience working with RMF processes per 32 CFR Part 117
• In-depth knowledge of NISPOM and DCSA Assessment and Authorization Guide (DAAG)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• System Administration experience with Windows Server, Windows 10, and Windows 11
• Knowledge of networking, security domains, servers, and certificates
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages, specifically C#
• Strong project management and professional communication skills
