Information Systems Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the security program for Adelphi end-to-end
• Drive authorization through Dept of War on the IL2 (NIPR) path and onto an IL5 trajectory
• Operate on a continuous-ATO cadence matching weekly sprint pace
• Act as the primary interface to the Dept of War Authorizing Official, assessors, and customer program office
• Work alongside the engineering team on security architecture and operations

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
• 8+ years in cybersecurity, information assurance, or security engineering
• Experience leading at least one DoD or IC system through the NIST RMF authorization process to an ATO
• Prior ISSM or ISSO experience on a DoD or IC contract
• Current DoD 8140 / 8570 IAM-qualifying certification
• Experience with security architecture across identity, authorization, cryptography, and audit

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Prime contractor
• Experience standing up a security program at a startup or small company
• Experience with FedRAMP inheritance modeling and CSP shared-responsibility mapping
• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, O365/SharePoint, or Databricks in classified or IL5 environments
• CISSP or CISM (IAM Level III) certification
