Information Systems Intern

Responsibilities

• Design, set up, and maintain a local sandbox/laboratory environment dedicated to testing LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Research and prototype how autonomous AI agents can automate or optimize internal information systems and workflows.
• Manage lab infrastructure using Linux environments and containerized applications.
• Document findings and create proof-of-concepts to showcase prototypes to the Valeo IS team.
• Ensure all lab deployments adhere to basic IT security best practices.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles, such as access controls and secure configurations.
• Hands-on familiarity with Linux operating systems, specifically Ubuntu.
• Practical experience with containerization tools like Podman or Docker.
• Foundational knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and interest in Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI).
• Strong communication skills and a highly autonomous work ethic.
