Information Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support IT infrastructure, systems, application software, and network services to ensure high availability and security.
• Proactively maintain and manage assigned technologies and platforms, designing and implementing solutions as required.
• Provide technical support and escalation for business issues, ensuring adherence to SLAs and resolution times.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems, and assessing impact.
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts to resolve workstation and application issues with minimal disruption.
• Maintain equipment and software inventory in coordination with Asset Management teams.
• Document changes, work logs, and complex technical subject matter accurately within appropriate systems.
• Ensure all work complies with internal IT strategy, security protocols, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical experience or relevant training in enterprise IT environments.
• Expertise in Identity Management, including permissions, policies, and authentication/replication.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Server and Windows OS.
• Solid networking skills covering VPN, DHCP, and Wireless technologies.
• Experience with device management tools such as Intune or Jamf.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including Azure, Microsoft 365, and AWS.
• Proficiency with Apple MAC devices.
• Ability to work effectively within a distributed team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a global enterprise environment supporting remote, disparate users.
• Deep understanding of IP networking as it relates to LAN and WAN.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies and industry best practices.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
