Information Systems Co-op

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Smartsheet dashboards, reports, and workflows to support product lifecycle processes
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across Smartsheet assets
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to test and iterate tools based on user feedback
• Partner with product management, program management, and operations teams to gather requirements
• Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for standardization
• Contribute to a data-driven culture by improving access to insights and reporting

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at Drexel University with a cooperative learning track
• Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months (September 22, 2026 – March 26, 2027)
• Authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship needs
• Ability to report in-person to the Philadelphia office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Smartsheet or similar tools like Airtable, Asana, or Monday.com
• Strong interest in process optimization and designing scalable business systems
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Familiarity with data visualization, KPIs, and reporting concepts
• Preferred majors: Information Systems, MIS, Business Analytics, Data Science, or Business Administration
