Information Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and implement the Insequence sequencing application for Ventra / Flex-N-Gate facilities across the US and Canada
• Troubleshoot system problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure minimal downtime
• Provide end-user training and technical assistance to manufacturing departments
• Coordinate and support Information Systems projects through regular travel to various facility locations
• Work closely with end users to identify and deliver required system service levels
• Assist with the implementation of various business applications as required

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience with CMS, ERP systems, or similar enterprise software
• Proven experience working within the manufacturing industry
• Ability to travel frequently within the US and Canada to support various sites
• Availability to be "on-call" via phone to respond to system needs during evenings or weekends
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks required in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting the Insequence sequencing application
• Experience supporting the FunnelCloud MES application
• Knowledge of real-time shop-floor reporting, including production, scrap, and label generation
