Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day technical implementation of IT, engineering, and infrastructure initiatives
• Provide technical advice and administration for all company IT resources and software accounts
• Coordinate and manage assets including procurement, provisioning, maintenance, and deprovisioning
• Support the implementation and administration of cybersecurity systems to protect devices and software
• Facilitate the implementation of software and hardware systems for efficient business operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in System Administration, DevOps, cloud, and network support
• Advanced support of Linux (Debian/RHEL), macOS, and Windows operating systems
• Understanding of networking technologies including routing, switching, and LAN/VLAN/WLAN
• Proficiency with scripting languages such as BASH, Shell, or YAML
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet) and source code control
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure and AWS)
• Knowledge of IdP/SAML integration, virtualization, and containerization
• CompTIA Security+ certification and ability to maintain DoD 8570.01 IAT/IAM certification
• Ability to hold and maintain a security clearance
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual per ITAR regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
• Ability to troubleshoot software and OS issues through data aggregation and log review
