Information System Business System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large digital, automation, data, and AI-enabled initiatives across multiple departments.
• Partner with manufacturing and vendor stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and responsible AI adoption.
• Define project scope, requirements, success measures, delivery plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage cross-functional project teams through solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Design and develop intuitive, scalable dashboards and visualizations to monitor manufacturing performance and KPIs.
• Ensure all delivered solutions comply with technology standards, security, quality, and legal requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor others on best practices for digital and automation project delivery.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree + 2 years of information system experience OR Bachelor’s degree + 4 years of information system experience OR Associate’s degree + 8 years of information system experience OR High school diploma + 10 years of information system experience.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or Power BI.
• Experience with data visualization tools and enterprise data platforms.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced education in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated industry, including understanding compliance and validation practices.
• Experience delivering digital or AI-enabled solutions in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, digital twins, and real-time analytics.
• Strong project management and structured problem-solving skills (e.g., Root Cause Analysis).
