Information Security Sr. Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Information Security organization and manage personnel, including internal staff and external IT partners
• Coordinate with Headquarters Security teams to align local operations with global strategic direction
• Oversee both physical and IT security operations, including the management of CCTV and other security technologies
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and long-term strategic business plans
• Manage security budgets, monitor expenses, and lead IT security projects
• Investigate and resolve security incidents, breaches, and alarms
• Create comprehensive security status reports for management and propose technology improvements based on data analysis
• Ensure a safe environment for employees and guests while safeguarding company assets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security or a related field
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in information security
• Fluency in Korean and strong English communication skills
• Proven experience in a security management role
• Proficiency with security technology and equipment, such as CCTV
• Strong skills in budget management and statistical data analysis
• Ability to travel domestically (approximately 5-10%)
