Information Security Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential Information Security threats by assessing probability and impact, contributing to the design of mitigations and controls.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate appropriate security procedures, policies, and processes.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls relating to information security risks.
• Monitor and contribute to the implementation of the bank-wide Information Security strategy.
• Manage relationships with clients and internal business partners to align security requirements with business goals.
• Support operational excellence in areas such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security Operations (threat analysis, forensics, DLP), or Security Technology (architecture, engineering, cryptography).

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Information Security role, preferably within the financial services industry or a similarly regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of core information security principles and concepts.
• Demonstrable knowledge in one or more domains: Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security Operations, or Security Technology.
• Experience in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating security risks using control frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach to solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English (B1 Intermediate level or higher).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a multinational environment.
