Information Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Lead and report on security programs across Marex entities in the Americas
• Ensure consistent application of Group information security policies and local ISSP
• Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits and regulatory interactions
• Conduct risk assessments in accordance with regulatory requirements and security frameworks
• Perform security reviews of third-party vendors and suppliers
• Provide expert security guidance and direction at both technical and managerial levels
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and exceptions
• Implement and lead security initiatives, such as Insider Threat assessments
• Develop and document security standards, procedures, and KPI/KRI metrics
• Provide management, leadership, and mentoring to junior officers

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Information Security
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage information security programs
• Strong understanding of the US financial regulatory landscape and requirements
• Proficiency in managing interactions with regulatory bodies and audit entities
• Comprehensive knowledge and expertise across multiple security domains
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders and regulators
